{"id":5423,"date":"2024-10-02T11:01:45","date_gmt":"2024-10-02T17:01:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gobqro.gob.mx\/cecaqro\/?p=5423"},"modified":"2024-10-03T11:07:38","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T17:07:38","slug":"lleva-ceca-prevencion-de-adicciones-y-salud-mental-a-huimilpan","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gobqro.gob.mx\/cecaqro\/2024\/10\/02\/lleva-ceca-prevencion-de-adicciones-y-salud-mental-a-huimilpan\/","title":{"rendered":"Lleva CECA prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones y salud mental a Huimilpan"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Huimilpan, Qro., 2 de octubre de 2024<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FOTONOTA SESA 433\/24<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de promover en las y los estudiantes un desarrollo integral que los prepare para enfrentar los desaf\u00edos de la vida de manera saludable y positiva, personal del Consejo Estatal Contra las Adicciones (CECA), de la Secretar\u00eda de Salud (SESA) del estado, imparti\u00f3 una conferencia en prevenci\u00f3n de adicciones y salud mental, a un total de 123 estudiantes (64 mujeres y 59 hombres), del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Quer\u00e9taro (COBAQ), Plantel Huimilpan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la actividad se invit\u00f3 a la poblaci\u00f3n estudiantil a cuidar la salud mental mediante el desarrollo de habilidades sociales, la autoestima y el manejo emocional, y de prevenir adicciones, haciendo uso de los estilos de vida saludables y de tomar decisiones informadas sobre su salud.
